General Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Pin Up Casino’s website, mobile apps, and all related platforms where the Games are offered. By accessing or playing, you confirm that you accept these Terms as updated from time to time.
Account Policies
To play real money games, users must register, create a Pin-Up Account, and deposit funds using approved payment methods listed in the “Deposits” section of the site. You may also log in via email or supported social networks, though this option is not mandatory.
- Pin Up may appoint payment providers to process deposits and withdrawals on its behalf.
- Each player may only hold one Pin-Up account. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may lead to suspension or closure, with winnings and bonuses voided.

- Only one account is permitted per household, IP address, email, or shared environment (e.g. universities, workplaces).

- Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials. Pin-Up is not liable for unauthorized access caused by sharing or mishandling login details.
Deposits
To participate in games, funds must be deposited from an account or payment source belonging to the player. The Pin-Up account cannot serve as a bank account; transactions unrelated to gaming may incur administrative fees.

Payments in the Games
- Winnings are credited to your Pin-Up account once game outcomes are confirmed.
- In case of an error (technical, software, or human), any mistakenly credited funds remain property of Pin-Up and must be returned. Withdrawals made from such funds may be reclaimed by Pin-Up.
Closing Your Account
- Players may close their accounts at any time. Remaining funds (minus fees) will be refunded using a method determined by Pin-Up.
- Accounts closed due to fraud or gambling addiction may not be reopened. Any new accounts created in violation will be terminated.
- Accounts inactive for 30 months will have remaining balances returned to the player or to the Malta Gaming Authority if contact is not possible.
- Inactivity for 12 months may trigger a monthly maintenance fee of Rs.100 (or equivalent) until the balance reaches zero, unless the account is self-excluded.
Your Responsibilities as a Client
By registering and playing, you confirm that:

- You are acting as an individual, not on behalf of an organization or third party.

- You will not transfer funds between accounts or engage in account trading.
